Fox Creek Town Houses
This three-building complex is located in King Salmon, off Jensen Drive, near the Alaska Peninsula Highway. Twelve remodeled, 1300 square foot units offer modern conveniences and an open, bright interior design. Interesting window placement enhances the open floor plan, creating a look and feel of spaciousness and harmony. Each building has four units; each unit has three bedrooms. Enjoy a chandelier-lit dining room as you watch the sunset across a wide expanse of beautiful spruce trees and tundra.
Kitchens are U-shaped, for the utmost in efficiency and convenience. All units have a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, range/oven and a refrigerator/freezer. Each bedroom has a full-length closet and ample lighting. The upstairs has a full bath; downstairs a half bath.
The bathrooms and laundry room have linoleum floors. The entryway is tiled; a back door opens out onto a covered deck. Stairs, hallways, living rooms and bedrooms are fully carpeted. The dining room and kitchen have Pergo (laminate) hardwood flooring. Additional closet storage is provided for linens, the entryway, laundry room and underneath the stairs.
The attached, single car garage is heated and has an electric opener. Cold storage is located adjacent to the complex as separate 10 foot by 20-foot storage cells with roll top doors.
For all Fox Creek Townhouses, Paug-Vik provides heat, hot water, snow removal, lawn and grounds maintenance. The units are cable ready but cable service is not included.
